Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using OBI, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be legally allowed to use the service where you live and meet the minimum age requirement that applies to OBI.
Your account
You are responsible for using accurate information, keeping your login secure, and all activity that happens through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use OBI for fraud, abuse, or harassment.
What OBI provides
OBI offers tools for self-description, reflection, structured matching, compatibility exploration, and public in-person Meet coordination. OBI does not guarantee chemistry, compatibility, or relationship outcomes.
Safety and conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, or exploit other users
- submit deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content
- circumvent blocks, moderation actions, or safety features
- scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe someone has violated these Terms or created safety risk.
Meet and in-person interaction
OBI may help users coordinate public in-person meetings. Those meetings remain the users' own decision. Venue suggestions, verification steps, and safety features may reduce risk, but they do not eliminate it. You remain responsible for your own judgment, choices, and personal safety.
User content and AI output
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you give OBI the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service.
OBI may use automated systems and AI-assisted features to produce summaries, suggestions, or structured interpretations. Those outputs are for product experience purposes only. They are not guarantees or professional advice.
Termination, disclaimers, and liability
You may stop using OBI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
OBI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, OBI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
